That's right everyone, I'm going away for another week! I'll miss everyone, but I will return on the 27th of July and then won't have any more big trips! I'll be able to get much more art done. So I'm leaving early tommorow morning! If there is something important to tell me, note me so I can easily identify it when I return..thanks! Hopefully I can also get to over 200 messages and almost 5,000 deviations that are sitting in my inbox!!

I was doodling around last night and came up with some cool designs, but I don't need them really, so I decided to have a huge adoptable extravaganza! I will be finishing them while I'm away, but in one short week, there will be 3-5 pages of adpotables!! Yay! Rules will be posted with the sets themself, but they will require drawings and it will be a sort of adoptie mini-contest that everyone is so fond of these days. Owners will be decided when I go back to school, so you will have a whole month to come up with great back stories and such!!

Welcome to Firefly Meadows, previously known as Dances with Horses Stables. We are reopening as a primarily jumper and dressage stable, although we have great interest in rescue and rehibilitation as well. We are currently working on rebuilding our pastures and will be open soon. Please refer to our list of mares and stallions and also, the rules below.

When the stables are officialy opened and HARPG recognized, please note me with any breed requests. If your stallion is covering one of my mares, I will draw the breeding picture and create the foal. If one of my stallions is covering one of your mares, I expect you to do the same. I know the rules say that the owner of the mare will keep the foal, but I am willing to discuss this.

If you were wondering where I recently disappeared to, I was in Ireland for a week! It was absolutely beautiful! I may post pictures soon...we'll see if I have time. I loved every minute of it but boy did my message box hate me when I got home! I've had to delete a lot of journals and the like so if I missed anything important just let me know!

I'm also leaving on another trip this Sunday and will be gone for another week. I won't get on the computer that whole week, but after that I'm pretty sure I'll be around a lot. Just letting you guys know that I will be working on art a lot and I hope to get a pretty good start on my character refs!!




Guess what guys?? I'm rejoining HARPG!! I've been intching to do so for a while now and I've decided to restart a small, managable stable. I've already got a lot of ideas in the works and I can't wait to get designing! A stable master journal will be up in the next few weeks and then I'll be back in business!!!

Okay, I know August seems forever away. But I already have an idea for a contest I really want to hold! I'm not letting myself hold another until I get old prizes done, so that's why it will start in August or September. But I want it to be big! I don't think I will give out the theme yet, but I want to start collecting prize donations! Anything is great! Unique prizes are the best so go wild!! Meh. I feel like I haven't updated in forever. School has been insane even though it's almost summer and we are supposed to be wrapping up! And after chugging out about 15 sketches of various owed art...I need a break. I just don't feel like rushing coloring when I could just wait a few weeks and really do it well. Not like I don't always procrastinate and who knows, this could be just another excuse! But it's not. Heh....I WILL majorly get around to art this summer. I PROMISE! xD I want to improve so badly and I constantly see arts in my head that I want to do. Well, hang in there folks!




I've recently become obsessed with Coldplay. I saw them in concert and it was AMAZING! They are quite fantastic to see in concert, I must say. And I hadn't listened to much of their music. It is truly beautiful...go listen to some Coldplay, especially the lyrics. Chris Martin is a great songwriter!
